Payment terms

Your monthly subscription begins as soon as you subscribe to the service after a 3-day trial of €1.00. If you do not cancel, the Service will automatically renew every month (every 30 days), and by continuing, you authorize a monthly charge of €39.99 to your credit card. The subscription fees are in your member area and welcome email. By placing your monthly recurring order of Born 2 Game- you will be charged €39.99 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Techtrix Ltd reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service.

Techtrix Ltd is not responsible for any issues such as delays, payment failures, or damages resulting from the use of a specific payment method. In such cases, you should direct any complaints to the payment method provider, following the procedures outlined in their terms and conditions. By the acceptance of hereby Terms of Use, you declare, that all the payments shall be made with the funds from a legitimate source. You are responsible for any costs you incur to access the internet.

Support service

To access the Services, your device must meet the platform's minimum requirements, including internet access and compatible software. User Agreement

  • Create derivative works or materials based on the Content, such as montages, mash-ups, videos, wallpapers, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise, unless expressly permitted by Techtrix Ltd in writing.

Availability and Geographic Limitation

Techtrix Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of your instant viewing experience on your display. The availability of Content may vary based on your region. The quality of the display may differ between devices and can be influenced by factors such as your location, available bandwidth, and the speed of your Internet connection.

You may only watch Content instantly through the service in regions where we offer our service and have licensed the specific movie or TV show. The Content available for viewing may differ depending on your geographic location. Techtrix Ltd will use technologies to verify your geographic location.

Cancellation Terms

The user can cancel the subscription at any time after registration. If the user cancels the subscription after the billing cycle has started, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and the account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Service Termination and Changes

The Techtrix Ltd reserves modify, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise terminate the Service or the Agreement, on a temporary or permanent basis, at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

For example and without limitation, Techtrix Ltd may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for:

  • Lack of use
  • Failure to pay account fees within the period of time designated by Techtrix Ltd
  • Registering more than one free account
  • Using multiple free accounts
  • Maintenance of the Site or performance of Support Services
  • Failure to follow the rules posted on the Site or in these Terms
  • Actions outside these Terms
  • Any other reason determined by Techtrix Ltd

Unless you have violated the terms and conditions of the Agreement, if you are a Paid User, a material modification that negatively impacts the Service or a suspension, discontinuance, or other termination of the Service or the Agreement will occur at the end of the current term of the Service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Techtrix Ltd can make major changes that negatively affect the service or even stop or end the service entirely. If this happens, they may refund you a prorated amount for the unused portion of your current subscription term. However, if you keep using the service after such changes, you agree to give up any right to ask for a refund.

Effect of Termination

Upon expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or the Service, your right to use the Site and/or Service will cease in the time stated above, and you will have no right to access your account or any files or other content contained in your account, although residual copies may be retained in Techtrix Ltd system. Techtrix Ltd may retain any such files or other content at its discretion.

Any suspension, termination or cancellation will not affect your obligations to Techtrix Ltd under these Terms of Use (including, without limitation, proprietary rights and ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability), which by their sense and context are intended to survive such suspension, termination or cancellation.

Breach Remedies

In addition or as an alternative to termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or the Service, Techtrix Ltd may take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion, in the event of your breach of Agreement. Such actions may include, without limitation, suspending your access to the Site and/or the Service, blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Techtrix Ltd disposal.

User Refunds

If you cancel the service, we will issue any refund owed to you (minus any applicable deductions) promptly, within 14 days of your cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree on a different method. You have up to 30 days from signing up to request a refund. This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Once the refund has been processed, it will take 3-5 business days to reach your card.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial, and appropriate purposes only. You agree to observe the Services, Content and embedding restrictions detailed above, and further agree that you will not access the Site or use the Services in a way that:

  • Violates the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Use unauthorized methods to access, distribute, or interfere with the Content or Services.

  • Removes, modifies, disables, blocks, obscures or otherwise impairs any advertising in connection with the Services (including the Content).

  • Collects personally identifiable information in violation of Techtrix Ltd Privacy Policy.
  • Encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.
  • Violates these Terms or any guidelines or policies posted by Techtrix Ltd.
  • Interferes with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
  • Attempts to do any of the foregoing.

Accordingly, you undertake that:

  • You agree to stream and watch Content only for personal and private use, not for any commercial purpose. You also agree not to, and not to help or encourage others to, copy, reproduce, lend, rent, broadcast, distribute, or share the Content in any way.
  • You agree not to, and not to help or encourage anyone else to, bypass, alter, remove, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any security, encryption, or rights management features or software used to protect or stream the Content.

Suspension or Discontinuation of Services

The Techtrix Ltd can change, pause, or stop any Service, Content, or supported devices at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. The Techtrix Ltd is not liable for any inconvenience caused by these changes. Compensation like discounts, credits, or refunds may be offered in some cases, but not if the suspension or termination is due to a violation of the Terms.

Copyright and Trademarks

All Content are owned by Techtrix Ltd, its associated entities, or third-party licensors, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The materials may not be used except as provided for in these Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions provided to you without our prior written permission.

You acknowledge and agree that specific Content is the property of third-party licensors and without prejudice to any and all other rights and remedies available, each such licensor has the right to directly enforce relevant provisions within these Terms against you.

The logo and all other product or service marks are trademarks of Techtrix Ltd. All trademarks, logos, images, product names, and company names shown on the Website or any Device belong to their respective owners. You are not granted any license or right to use, modify, or remove such material.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Site and Service is solely at your own risk. Techtrix Ltd offers the Service "as is," with no guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding its suitability, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Techtrix Ltd does not promise that the Service will operate without interruptions, errors, or security risks, nor that it will meet your specific needs. Any data or files you access through the Service are used at your own discretion, and you bear responsibility for any system damage or data loss that occurs.

Force Majeure

Techtrix Ltd will not be held accountable for delays or failures to meet its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control. These may include denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, war, government actions, internet outages, or other exceptional circumstances ("Force Majeure Event").

In such situations, Techtrix Ltd is excused from performing its obligations during the Force Majeure Event and for a reasonable period required to recover from its effects.
